About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO in managing strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and high-level stakeholder coordination.

This role requires someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and confident in handling executive-level communication, including exposure to government institutions and board-level discussions.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, has experience supporting senior executives or Board of Directors, and is comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct executive support to the CEO in daily operations and strategic matters.

• Coordinate and monitor key company projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting.

• Act as liaison between CEO and internal departments, external partners, and government institutions.

• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business documentation in Mandarin and English.

• Attend meetings with CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Manage CEO's schedule, priorities, and confidential matters with discretion.

• Support business expansion initiatives and cross-border communication when required.

• Assist in preparing materials for Board of Directors and senior management meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, International Relations, Law, or related field.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to CEO, or Assistant to Board of Directors.

Experience handling strategic projects and cross-department coordination.

Exposure to government institutions, licensing processes, or regulatory affairs is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of business structure and executive workflow.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Proactive, structured, and able to work under pressure.
