The Opportunity
SCI Ecommerce, a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a talented person to join our team in Setiabudi, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our key account relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our key e-commerce accounts
- Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts
- Negotiate and manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities
- Provide strategic account planning and regular performance reviews for key accounts
- Identify and address any issues or concerns from key accounts, and implement solutions quickly
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the company's e-commerce growth
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in account management or key account management, ideally in the e-commerce industry
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track account performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and industry trends
