This role is for an F&B retail company, responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, managing teams, ensuring service quality, controlling inventory, and supporting business growth across outlets.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee overall store operations and employee performance
2. Plan and execute in-store promotions and visual merchandising
3. Develop and achieve annual profit targets across all stores
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock at each outlet
5. Analyze sales performance and prepare revenue forecasts
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across retail locations
7. Review and analyze store sales performance on a regular basis
8. Drive business performance and continuous store development
9. Support the Leaders in achieving monthly branch targets
10. Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and audit processes
11. Identify and resolve issues efficiently, with strong delegation, communication, and leadership skills
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in large-scale retail F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role
3. Strong understanding of retail management best practices
4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
6. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
7. Willing to travel or be mobile as required
