Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting a busy CEO. You will play a key role in managing the CEOs schedule, inbox, travel, and communication. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, organizing information, handling correspondence, supporting daily operations, and making sure the CEO&aposs time is protected and used efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You must be able to manage confidential information with discretion, communicate clearly, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent calendar, inbox, and travel management skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role
  • Available to work full-time during 8am5pm UAE time

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting a CEO or entrepreneur
  • Familiarity with tools like Calendly, Stripe, or podcast scheduling
  • Tech-savvy proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
  • Previous work in coaching, consulting, or SaaS environments
  • Comfortable assisting with personal and family scheduling
  • Proactive mindset with good judgment and follow-through
