Current Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

You Will

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure all commitments are met and any conflicts are resolved.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters. Draft and proofread correspondence as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Personal Errands: Run personal errands and manage personal tasks as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, both professional and personal.
  • Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the individual and other staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and matters.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of daily activities.

What You&aposll Need To Succeed

  • A Bachelor&aposs Degree.with proven experience at least 3 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
