Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting
• Have a minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in finance, accounting, or data management
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (specifically Odoo).
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Understanding of financial controls and accounting principles

Responsibilities:

• Master Data Management such as create, update, and maintain COA, Contact, Product, Vendor and Analytic Plan
• Implement strict data governance to prevent unauthorized changes
• Regularly validate data, conduct data cleansing to maintain high-quality records
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master data in accounting system
• Provide regular reports regarding master data integration
• Validate master data requests for accuracy and policy compliance
• Perform periodic data clean-up and deduplication to prevent system errors
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Marketing teams to align master data with business process
