Job Overview
Event Strategist will be responsible to develope and implement strategic plans to ensure events align with client objectives and business goals. They oversee the entire event process, from concept to execution, ensuring maximum impact and success.
Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic online and offline event proposals, incorporating creative direction and communication plans tailored to client needs.
2. Collaborate with the Business Development team to interpret client briefs and translate them into effective campaign and event strategies.
3. Conduct market research to identify communication challenges and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
4. Work closely with the Creative team to brainstorm concepts, provide briefings, and coordinate strategy execution.
5. Create detailed action plans and strategic frameworks to ensure the seamless implementation of campaigns and events.
6. Present proposals and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clear communication and storytelling.
7. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and event industry innovations to enhance strategy development and execution.
8. Proactively identify and solve challenges, ensuring campaigns and events align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact.
Requirements
1. Education & Experience Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field; 2-4 years of experience in an advertising or event agency, with a strong background in campaign and event strategy.
2. Strategic & Creative Thinking Ability to develop branded/signature online and offline event strategies, including creative direction and communication plans tailored to client needs.
3. Market Research & Analysis Strong analytical skills to conduct marketing research, identify communication challenges, and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
4. lient & Team Collaboration Experience working closely with Business Development and Creative teams to interpret client briefs, brainstorm concepts, and coordinate execution.
5. Campaign & Event Planning Ability to craft detailed action plans and strategic frameworks to ensure successful campaign and event implementation.
6. Communication & Presentation Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting proposals and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Problem-Solving & Adaptability Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Industry & Digital Marketing Knowledge Up-to-date understanding of digital media, marketing trends, and event industry innovations to enhance strategy development.
