If you are someone with:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or a related role.
• Basic project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh event ideas and contribute to concept development.
• Awareness of event and brand activation trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

And you are ready to be:

• Support the planning and execution of vivo product launch events and activations.
• Assist in developing creative ideas for event concepts and experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and logistics under the guidance of the Event Manager.
• Prepare event materials, reports, and documentation as required.
• Ensure on-ground support during events, handling operational needs and troubleshooting.
