ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Event Specialist (L2 Contributor) to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for independently executing impactful eventsboth online and offlinethat strengthen Gotrades brand, drive community engagement, and support business growth.

As an Event Specialist, youll be trusted to manage events end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Location: Full-time, on-site in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute company events, product launches, community gatherings, and activations independently.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, partnerships) to align event objectives.
• Handle on-the-ground execution, ensuring flawless operations.
• Track and report on event performance (attendance, engagement, feedback, ROI).
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend creative event ideas.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands-on executor who can run events end-to-end without heavy supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
• Ability to manage multiple small-to-medium scale events simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or community events.
• Proven track record of managing events independently (please be ready to share portfolio/examples).
• Strong vendor and partner management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with data tracking and basic reporting (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
