Astra International is opening an exciting opportunity to join our ESR (Environment & Social, Responsibility) team!

As part of our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, we are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to make an impact in areas of Sustainability, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Operational Excellence & People Development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the implementation of ESG across Environment, OHS, and CSR
2. Develop ESG guidance and policies
3. Conduct ESG-related management studies
4. Act as a trainer on ESG topics
5. Support the implementation of ESG management systems

Requirements

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Social Welfare, OHS, or other relevant fields
2. 23 years of experience in Sustainability/Environment/OHS/CSR preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
3. Strong drive, courage, and integrity in a professional environment
4. Excellent planning, analysis, presentation, and communication skills
5. Awareness of global sustainability and ESG issues
6. Knowledge and/or experience in ESG practices (planning, measurement, reporting)
