What you will do :
- Lead the full e-commerce strategy, from platform selection to marketplace partnerships, to boost online revenue for FMCG products like snacks, beverages, and household essentials.
- Oversee digital sales operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery across Indonesia's key regions.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted digital marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs optimized for Indonesian consumers.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., GMV, conversion rates, AOV) and implement data-driven optimizations to outperform competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to launch new product lines and expand omnichannel presence.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian e-commerce regulations (e.g., BPOM, data privacy laws) while innovating for fast-scaling growth.
We are looking for you who:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5 years in e-commerce, with 3 years in leadership roles at FMCG or consumer goods firms in Indonesia.
- Proven track record scaling online sales on major ecommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian digital market trends, consumer behavior, and logistics challenges.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, experience managing diverse teams)
