Role Description
We are building a FMCG business across leading marketplace and social commerce platforms in Indonesia. We are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on leader to own and scale our Online Business Unit.
This role is not just about running ads or managing stores. You will be responsible for:
- Driving profitable online sales growth
- Building strong digital brand presence
- Leveraging online channels to support offline distribution
- Managing full P&L of the online business
If you have strong experience in Shopee, TikTok Shop, and FMCG brand-side growth execution and you are ready to own revenue results this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online P&L Ownership
- Own monthly and annual GMV and profitability targets
- Manage contribution margin, ACOS, and CAC efficiency
- Control marketplace fees, ad spending, and operational costs
- Deliver sustainable, scalable profit growth
2. Marketplace & Social Commerce Leadership
- Develop and execute growth strategy for:
- Shopee, TikTok Shop etc
- Optimize store performance (conversion, traffic, AOV)
- Lead campaign planning (double date, payday, mega campaigns)
- Manage live commerce and affiliate ecosystems
3. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan and manage paid media budgets
- Optimize ACOS and ROAS targets
- Lead creative testing (UGC, live selling, short video)
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining margin discipline
4. Brand Building
- Grow organic traffic and branded search
- Increase repeat purchase rate
- Improve product ratings and review volume
- Build influencer and affiliate strategy
- Strengthen brand visibility and authority in category
5. Cross-Channel Synergy
- Align online campaigns with offline sales initiatives
- Support distributor sell-out through digital activation
- Create campaign momentum that boosts pharmacy / modern trade performance
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Direct experience managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop accounts
- Experience on brand side (OTC/healthcare/personal care preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling online sales profitably
- Experience handling monthly GMV of at least Rp 15 billion
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Hands-on and execution-oriented (not only strategic)
Preferred:
- Experience launching or scaling OTC / healthcare / personal care products
- Experience coordinating with offline sales or distributor channels
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: Rp 20 30 million gross/month (based on experience)
