About Luxehouze

Luxehouze is the leading online luxury goods marketplace platform with an initial emphasis on luxury timepieces. Customers can buy and sell authentic luxury watches from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, and more.

Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both watch buyers and sellers.

We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.

Job Description

  • Monitor the overall market landscape/trends and conduct competition analysis in the ecommerce channels to understand the market opportunities and potential challenges
  • Implement various strategic growth & digital marketing initiatives and commercial partnerships in the e-commerce channels (including marketplace official stores and others)
  • Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns
  • Analyze sales information to determine opportunities for growth, including the identification of new e-commerce partners
  • Building the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategy
  • Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking
  • Coordination with the warehouse and operations team & solving ad-hoc problems
  • Strong communication & coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms
  • Ability to think outside the box and test run new projects

Job Requirement


  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the E-Commerce enabler/ E-Commerce start-up companies
  • Hands-on experience in key account & relationship management with e-commerce stakeholders, digital marketing, e-commerce's official store operational management and B2C delivery/ fulfillment management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite programs Microsoft Word, Power-point, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable about consumer preferences particularly as these relate to Ecommerce
  • Excellent presentation and data analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English verbal & written
