We are looking for a
Drafter I to join our team
onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will support the design and documentation of architectural and engineering projects, with a focus on preparing permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design phases. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, skilled in drafting, and looking to grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
What Youll Do
- Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
- Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
- Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
- Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
- Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
- Provide testfit design support as needed.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
- Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
