Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Design Drafter Struktur Arsitektur, located in Kelapa Gading. The Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural & building structures. This position involves collaborating with engineers, making adjustments to designs based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations, and utilizing CAD software to produce detailed drawings. Additionally, the role requires maintaining project documentation and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of architectural drafting tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) or Tekla, and 3D drawing (e.g., Enscape)
• Technical drawing, architectural design & drafting, and structural design & drafting skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
• Associate&aposs degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
