What You Will Do

In this role, you will be part of the CEO Office Team, serving as the Director of Operations (DO) - a highly hands-on operator ensuring flawless execution across all business units. You will work directly with the CEO and C-Level leaders, orchestrating both hospital operations and new ventures.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the highest level of execution: ensuring governance, financial performance, and operational excellence across healthcare, ventures, and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and integrate day-to-day operations across hospital, ventures, and creative studio.

- Act as financial gatekeeper: monitor EBITDA, revenue mix, and ensure strict budget discipline.

- Serve as the execution arm of the CEO, ensuring vision translates into measurable results.

- Lead cross-functional alignment across Finance, HR, Compliance, and Operations.

- Establish, enforce, and audit SOPs to guarantee quality, efficiency, and compliance.

- Design and implement dashboards and reporting systems for real-time decision making.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.

- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the business act decisively to resolve them.

- Serve as a culture enforcer: instilling accountability, discipline, and excellence across teams.

- Ensure 24/7 operational readiness and high responsiveness in crisis/problem-solving situations.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

- Minimum 310 years of proven experience in operations, finance, or strategy (experience in healthcare, consulting, or fast-growing organizations is highly valued).

- Strong financial acumen: capable of analyzing P&L, cash flow, EBITDA, and designing cost-control mechanisms.

- Track record of hands-on execution and operational leadership in high-pressure environments.

- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

- Mastery of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; advanced Excel and financial modeling are a plus.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to enforce discipline and accountability.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and relentless about quality.

- Able to manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth, and founder-led environment.

- Willingness to be fully on-site and highly present across units.

Preferred/Bonus Experience

- Background in consulting, finance, or healthcare operations.

- Experience in scaling organizations, building reporting systems, or implementing GCG standards.

- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or venture building.

- Proven ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams.
