Job Description:
The Director of BPR is responsible for leading and overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic direction of the bank in accordance with the applicable laws, OJK regulations, and internal governance policies. This role is crucial in maintaining bank soundness, compliance, growth, and risk control across all business lines, especially in credit, funding, and operational services.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement the banks strategic plan and business goals aligned with shareholder vision and regulatory requirements.
- Lead transformation, innovation, and efficiency improvements across business processes and service delivery.
- Ensure products and services comply with OJK regulations and deliver value to customers.
- Supervise daily operations including lending (credit), deposit mobilization, and customer services.
- Ensure all activities comply with OJK, BI, LPS, and other regulatory authorities.
- Lead and develop the management team and key employees.
- Submit regular reports to OJK, including Laporan Berkala, Rencana Bisnis Bank (RBB), and other required documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, or related field.
- Must hold Certified BPR Director (Sertifikasi Direktur BPR) as required by OJK.
- Minimum 510 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role within a BPR or commercial bank.
- Strong understanding of BPR regulations, financial management, lending practices, and compliance.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High integrity, result-oriented, and able to represent the bank professionally.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
