Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Management, Accounting, Banking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Additional coursework or certifications in Trade Finance,Digital Banking, IT Project Management, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 57 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in trade finance, supply chain finance, value chain financing, or digital banking.
At least 23 years of proven leadership or team management experience.
Exposure to digitalization projects, IT system migration, API integration, or product development in trade finance/value chain is a strong plus.
Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)
In-depth knowledge of Trade Finance products (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, SKBDN, Forfaiting, Buyers Credit, Export/Import Financing).
Solid understanding of Supply Chain Finance/Value Chain Financing (PO Financing, Distributor Financing, Receivable Financing, Vendor Financing).
Familiarity with international regulations (UCP 600, ISP98, URDG, Incoterms) and local regulatory frameworks (OJK/BI regulations).
Ability to assess and manage risks related to trade and supply chain finance products.
