Quality Control Desk Collection Team Leader

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experience as Quality Control Desk Collection or Team Leader in Fintech/Banking
• Hold Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Willing to learn and have high self-development
• Can work under target and pressure
• Have good personality, and can work in team
• Have good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Have tenacity and never give up in the face of rejection
• Proficient in MS. Office especially Excel (Google Sheet)
• Placement in Jogja

Jobdescription:

• Monitoring QC daily task and ensure desk call doing well with the SOP
• Conducting tests at different stages of handling complaint, from the first holding case until finishing the case
• Reporting any defects or problems to Manager
