Job Description

As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising performance to drive sales across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising campaigns on platforms ( Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads)
  • Develop digital advertising strategies focused on conversion & sales (ROAS-driven)
  • Set up campaigns (audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, placements, etc.)
  • Optimize ad performance daily (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copywriting, and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief ad content (image & video)
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to set up performance based sales objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and stop underperforming ones
  • Understand the e-commerce funnel (awareness to consideration to conversion to retention)
  • Monitor digital ads trends and competitors in the fashion & beauty industry
  • Manage pixel tracking and attribution (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Digital Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing
  • Must have experience handling brands actively selling on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.)
  • Proficient in Meta Ads (Business Manager, Ads Manager), TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads (Keyword Ads, Discovery Ads, Shop Ads, etc.)
  • Mastery of all features, including GMV Max, is a plus
  • Familiar with performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA / CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR
