Integrity Asia is looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO to lead our organic growth strategy across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical SEO skills, content strategy, and data-driven thinking to generate high-quality B2B leads.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Manage and support social media channels, including planning and publishing content
- Support lead generation efforts by improving website performance and user experience
- Familiar with AI search optimization (AEO / GEO) is a strong advantage
- Contribute ideas for content (articles, posts, simple visuals) aligned with marketing goals
- Manage and support social media channels, including planning and publishing content
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Who We Need:
- Experience in B2B services
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Minimum 4 years similar experience
- Understanding of multi-country SEO (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance tools like Ahrefs, Hotjar, and Mailjet
- Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing and marketing principals such as SEM, SEO, and Email Marketing
- Experience working with international teams
- Proficient in English is a must
- Strong experience in data analytics and report writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
