We are looking for talented individuals in Product/Project Manager position

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Product Manager. The role is located on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products, managing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product strategy. The role also involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year experience in Product/Project Manager
• Can join as soon as possible (ASAP) or max 2 week notice period
• Can work full time onsite in Jakarta
• Can work for Banking Company
• Minimal education D3/S1
• Experienced in product management in banking, fintech, or digital payment services.
• Familiar with Project Management Tools: Jira, Trello, Confluence, and product performance monitoring tools.
• Experienced in development using Agile Scrum SDLC.
• Understanding of concepts (API, H2H, Event Streaming).
• Experienced in ATM or CRM development.
• Experienced in payment/acquiring/EDC products.
• Understanding of B/C Ratio, CPA (Customer Profitability Analysis), Revenue Projection, and Risk Assessment.
• Understanding of concepts in the product development lifecycle (Product Discovery, Delivery, and Optimization).

Job type: Full-time Onsite in Jakarta; Monday - Friday
