About the role:
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a highly driven marketer who excels in scaling digital growth, optimizing performance campaigns, and building high-impact acquisition engines.
You will own end-to-end digital growth performance while helping shape the future marketing function.
Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition
- Lead paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Manage campaign execution, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization
- Improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Drive remarketing and lifecycle campaigns through WhatsApp, Email, and SMS
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Develop educational, trust-building, and lead-generating content
- Increase engagement, community growth, and inbound leads
Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Monitor full funnel performance: Impressions → Clicks → Leads → Conversions
- Utilize Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, and CRM tools
- Identify conversion drop-offs and improve funnel efficiency
- Deliver weekly reports, insights, and growth recommendations
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Credit, and Customer Success teams
- Align marketing strategy with lifecycle, conversion, and retention goals
- Support market research, product launches, and campaign planning
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage internal/external performance marketing resources
- Build channel playbooks and scalable processes
- Support future team hiring and expansion initiatives
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Performance Marketing
- Strong background in fintech, consumer tech, lending, or digital agencies
- Proven success in scaling paid acquisition with measurable ROI
- Experience in fast-growth or scaling business environments
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Hands-on leadership style with strong ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
