Job Descriptions:
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) for various projects
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and innovations in the real estate market
- Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists to achieve marketing objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a property developer company or real estate
- Proven track record in running successful digital property campaigns and generating qualified leads
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and digital analytics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and related tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative, analytical, and data-driven approach to marketing
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to be placed in Cisauk or CitraRaya, Tangerang
