Responsibilities
Marketing Manager leads a companys marketing team to develop, implement, and analyze strategies that promote products, services, and the brand; to drive customer engagement and sales growth by managing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- To Lead Marketing Team in executing comprehensive marketing plans to reach targeted audiences and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with Production team to create promotional campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels from conception to execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, and train marketing staff, including creative contributors and external agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Oversee branding and content creation to ensure a consistent, engaging brand voice.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, typically 3+ years.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM software, Google Analytics, and AI tools for SEO/content.
- Strong leadership, creative thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
