Will be placed in the Parador business unit
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all online advertising activities to ensure digital infrastructure is maintained for day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and ensure all lead sources and distributions are running smoothly to achieve established marketing targets.
- Coordinate website development and SEO initiatives to improve visibility and organic search rankings.
- Manage Paid Ads campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI from the advertising budget.
- Supervise the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end digital campaigns effectively.
- Proficient in Performance Marketing and managing paid advertising via Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills in reading and interpreting advertising data and campaign analytics.
- Solid understanding of SEM and SEO to drive both paid and organic traffic growth.
- Experienced in implementing and utilizing CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.
- Willing to be placement in Gading Serpong.
