Responsibilities
Role Purpose
This role exists to create demand that converts into revenue. The SPV / Digital Marketing Manager is the right hand of the CMO in digital execution—responsible for turning products (SKU by SKU) into consistent revenue drivers through creative, data-backed digital systems. The focus is demand creation, message-market fit, and creative performance.
Core Mission
Build and scale revenue-generating digital demand for every key Evolene SKU through:
- Winning creative angles
- Performance-driven content
- Strong collaboration across content, KOL, and product teams
Key Responsibilities
- Own Revenue per SKU (Digital)
- Treat each SKU as a mini business
- Define:
- Core demand angle
- Primary customer segment
- Creative strategy per funnel stage
- Responsible for revenue contribution, not just traffic or impressions
- Lead Creative Performance Strategy
Translate product insight → high-performing ad creatives
Work Closely With
- Content team
- Video production
- KOL Team
Decide
- What message to scale
- What angle to kill
- What creative to iterate
This role directs creative, not just receives assets.
- Performance Marketing Ownership
- Oversee paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Marketplace Ads)
- Ensure:
- Creative-first testing framework
- Clear attribution to SKU revenue
- Continuous learning loops
- Key metrics owned:
Revenue per SKU
ROAS
Cost Per Lead
Creative fatigue & scaling signals
- Demand Creation (Not Promo Reliance)
- Build demand via:

Act As The Bridge Between

Ensure all teams are aligned to one revenue narrative per SKU

Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years in performance-driven digital marketing
- Experience managing supplement, FMCG, or performance brands is a strong plus
- Proven track record of revenue ownership, not just campaign execution
