As a Digital Marketing Specialist, You Will
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Monitor and optimize ads performance on a daily basis, including budget allocation, creatives, audience targeting, and placements.
- Manage A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, KOL, and Social Media teams to ensure campaign alignment and objective achievement.
- Analyze campaign data and key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, impressions, and reach.
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly and monthly) and maintain campaign documentation and dashboards.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations based on performance and market trends.
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of paid ads ecosystems such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), and other platforms.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and data scraping tools/methods for ads optimization.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end ads management processes.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team player with a humble, proactive, and can-do attitude.
