As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid advertising.
Monitor and optimize ads performance on a daily basis, including budget allocation, creatives, audience targeting, and placements.
Manage A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve results.
Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, KOL, and Social Media teams to ensure campaign alignment and objective achievement.
Analyze campaign data and key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, impressions, and reach.
Prepare regular performance reports (weekly and monthly) and maintain campaign documentation and dashboards.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations based on performance and market trends.
Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of paid ads ecosystems such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), and other platforms.
Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and data scraping tools/methods for ads optimization.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end ads management processes.
Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking.
Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team player with a humble, proactive, and can-do attitude.
