Responsibilities

Create and maintain structured content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
Plan and execute platform-specific strategies to maximize engagement on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies and client's target audience.
Develop innovative content formats, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, to enhance brand visibility and digital presence
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms.
Monitor customer feedback to ensure a positive brand reputation.
Build and nurture loyal online communities for both internal brands and clients.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
Use data insights to refine strategies and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain innovation.

Requirements

A portfolio of previous work/content done (Content Portfolio).
Bachelor (S-1) Visual Communication Design or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have experience in the field of E-commerce & Marketplace marketing for at least 2 years.
Mastering the basics of marketing, technical aspects of search engines, SEO.
Have knowledge in the fields of Media, Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Have knowledge of Graphic processing and Video Editing programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
Able to work in a team, and work quickly, precisely and under high work pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
