Job Description

Primary Job Role :

The Desk Collection Staff will be responsible for managing customer accounts that are in default or delinquent, ensuring timely collection of payments and reducing the company's bad debt. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Description :

  1. Contacting customers who have defaulted on payments and negotiating payment plans to ensure timely collection of payments
  2. Managing the accounts of delinquent customers and recording all communications and actions taken in the company's systems
  3. Providing regular updates on customer accounts to the Desk Collection Leader and Operation Director
  4. Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve customer issues and concerns related to billing and payments
  5. Developing and implementing effective strategies for reducing the company's bad debt and minimizing losses
  6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to debt collection and compliance

Job Qualifications :

  1. D3 or S1 in any major is a plus.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in desk collection or related field
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  5. Familiarity with debt collection regulations and compliance
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
