With a diversified business portfolio, Tama Agro Farm's solutions and services address the fundamental needs of the general public and poultry professionals alike, ranging from the supply of superior Day-Old Chicks (DOC) and pullets, high-quality nutritional feed innovations, and premium poultry products to human resource competency development. Furthermore, the Company provides infrastructure solutions through the construction of economical closed-house and open-house systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the local market.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and handle sales negotiations effectively.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidates Requirement

  • Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in Retail Sales or the Tourism sector is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid Driver's License (SIM A/C).
  • Location: Must be willing to be stationed in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
