Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Validation Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems. You will play a crucial role in identifying data issues, performing validation tests, and working with cross-functional teams to improve data quality for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct validation checks on large datasets to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define validation rules and criteria.
- Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and missing values in data and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
- Implement automated validation scripts and tools where applicable.
- Maintain documentation of validation procedures, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Transformation initiatives by ensuring data is validated before and after processing.
- Monitor data pipelines and reports for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- 0-to-2-year experience
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work carefully.
- Good Command on English and Bahasa language
