CRM Internship (Architect / Civil Engineer) - Paid

We're excited to welcome a CRM Intern Architect / Civil Engineer to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department at Sky House BSD.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Familiar with architectural/engineering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks responsibly.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work on site at Sky House BSD (MondaySaturday, 09:0017:00).
• Target start date: 1 October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Support tenant relationship activities.
• Assist in handling tenant requests and coordinating with internal teams (engineering, security, cleaning) to ensure service quality.
• Help with move-in and move-out processes, including inspections.
• Assist in renovation permit processes and review technical drawings/building specifications for compliance.
