What you&aposll do:
- Develop awesome features to support business and improve overall team output
- Coding, testing, and debugging software with high quality output
- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, other tech team, and other stakeholders to make it happens
- Peer reviewers for internal team
- Planning and design team deliverables in quarterly basis
- Manage production monitoring report and do necessary feedback actions
- Owning a team or Mastering technical scopes
- Managing future plan within a team or technical scopes
- Prepare timeline and proposals to be reviewed by Engineering managers and CTO
- Become a leader of the team/projects
What you should have:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related discipline
- Good in coding, testing, debugging, and maintain high performance scalable softwares
- Mainly in Python. Side projects available in Go and Java
- Excellent understanding of microservices architecture, system design, relational databases, and search engines.
- Well known with coding best practices in backend project development
- Detailed oriented, able to manage technical risks, and confident working in English
- Able to communicate with other members of the team (business, product, and CTO)
- Great team player for internal team
