Job Title: Creative Strategist, Brand Partnerships (APAC)

Location: APAC (based in Asia)

Reports to: [Head of Brand Partnerships / Global Creative Lead]

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist, Brand Partnerships (APAC) to lead the development of compelling, culturally relevant creative concepts for brand collaborations across the Asia-Pacific region.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and creativity, partnering closely with Brand Partnerships and Creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life across campaigns, content, and live experiences.

The ideal candidate understands how to translate brand objectives into culturally resonant ideas, leveraging artists, storytelling, and platforms to create impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy for Brand Partnerships

  • Develop creative concepts and strategic narratives for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns
  • Translate brand briefs into innovative ideas that authentically connect brands with artists, audiences, and culture
  • Contribute to pitch decks, proposals, and partnership concepts that drive revenue and differentiation

Branded Content & Campaign Development

  • Lead the ideation of branded content across digital, social, and experiential formats
  • Ensure creative output aligns with both brand objectives and company/artist identity
  • Help shape integrated campaigns that span content, live experiences, and partnerships

Pitching & Revenue Support

  • Partner with the Brand Partnerships team to support new business pitches and deal development
  • Contribute to high-impact presentations, including storytelling, visuals, and creative positioning
  • Help bring a strong creative POV to commercial opportunities

APAC Cultural Insight

  • Bring deep knowledge of APAC markets, trends, and youth culture to inform partnership ideas
  • Identify culturally relevant opportunities for brands to authentically show up in the region
  • Act as a bridge between global brand expectations and local cultural nuance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Creative, and external brand partners
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on creative direction while tailoring for regional relevance
  • Interface with agencies, production partners, and creatives across APAC

Execution & Project Management

  • Oversee creative execution from concept through delivery for partnership campaigns
  • Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and at a high creative standard
  • Manage multiple partnership-driven projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in creative strategy, branded content, partnerships, or integrated marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong experience working on brand partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial campaigns
  • Portfolio showcasing pitch work, branded campaigns, and concept development
  • Deep understanding of APAC cultural trends, especially across music, fashion, and youth culture
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with commercial objectives
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience working with global brands and regional teams
  • Familiarity with entertainment, music, or creator ecosystems
  • Understanding of social-first and platform-native content (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Douyin, etc.)
  • Multilingual capabilities (a plus)
