Lead overall creative vision and visual strategy for the brand across all marketing and commercial channels.
Develop strong design standards, visual storytelling, and brand communication guidelines.
Ensure all creative output aligns with company positioning, target market, and commercial objectives.
Supervise concept development for campaigns, launches, and brand activations.
Content & Campaign Design
Oversee the creation of digital and offline marketing assets including social media, advertising materials, campaign visuals, product launches, and promotional content.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Retail Marketing teams for campaign execution.
Ensure strong visual impact and conversion-focused design for marketing initiatives.
Improve speed and quality of content production across departments.
Brand Consistency Control
Maintain and enforce brand identity standards across all touchpoints including online platforms, retail stores, events, and corporate materials.
Review and approve creative materials to ensure consistency, professionalism, and brand integrity.
Develop brand guidelines and creative governance systems.
Protect brand image and strengthen market perception.
Retail & Packaging Design
Manage visual design for retail stores, POSM, showroom branding, product displays, and in-store experience.
Oversee product packaging design, labeling, manuals, and commercial presentation materials.
Support store renovation projects with strong retail visual direction.
Ensure packaging and retail assets support both branding and sales conversion.
Creative Asset Management
Build and manage organized creative asset systems for easy access and operational efficiency.
Improve workflow between design, marketing, sales, and external vendors.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, printing vendors, and production partners.
Ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and budget efficiency are maintained.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative design, branding, or marketing design.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong experience in brand identity, campaign design, and creative direction.
Experienced in digital content, retail branding, packaging design, and visual merchandising.
Strong understanding of brand consistency and commercial-driven design execution.
Experience managing designers, external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI creative tools.
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and execution skills.
Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Product teams.
