About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and execution-driven Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and production of high-quality visual assets across digital, offline, and merchandise channels. This role goes beyond design creation by taking ownership of production timelines, brand consistency, and final output quality.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design capabilities with hands-on project management skills, ensuring concepts are translated into impactful and production-ready deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and high-quality visuals for digital ads, social media content, marketing campaigns, print collateral, event materials and other brand communications.
- Ensure all creative outputs consistently follow brand guidelines, tone, visual identity and quality standards across every touchpoint.
- Manage the design execution for merchandise items, ensuring artwork is aligned with brand standards and meets technical production requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end production workflow from concept approval to final artwork preparation, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers and production partners to manage specifications, timelines, material quality and final output standards.
- Work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and internal stakeholders to align on briefs, budgets, timelines and project objectives.
- Review all final designs and produced materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and premium execution before release.
- Provide guidance, creative feedback and support to junior team members to maintain strong overall team output.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
- Strong portfolio in digital, print, branding, and campaign design.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and branding.
- Experience with print production, merchandise and vendor coordination preferred.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
