Conduct market and competitor research, including benchmarking with other P2P lending platforms in Indonesia, to identify opportunities and feature gaps. Translate research findings into actionable product improvements.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery, PRD, development, UAT, release).
Develop clear and structured PRDs, including system flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Visualize system architecture and anticipate integration needs.
Work closely with Engineering on API integration and technical implementation.
Ensure alignment with ISMS implementation and system security standards (ISO 27001:2022).
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Information System, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a product manager
Understanding of product workflows and SDLC processes.
Strong PRD writing and system thinking ability.
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiar with SQL, APIs, Lark, and Figma.
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions.
English proficiency (must), Mandarin (nice to have).
