Develop and implement analytical tools, KPIs, and dashboards to support business planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of corporate strategy, including tracking progress and identifying risks with effective mitigation plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through PDCA cycles, standardization, and enhancement of business processes to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with management and strategic partners to support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus
1–2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, PDCA, or Corporate Strategic Management.
Familiar with Balanced Scorecard, OKR, SOP, and Business Intelligence tools.
Strong knowledge of industries such as hospitality, property, or construction is preferred.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Great communication, negotiation skills, and must be fluent in English.
