Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement analytical tools, KPIs, and dashboards to support business planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of corporate strategy, including tracking progress and identifying risks with effective mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through PDCA cycles, standardization, and enhancement of business processes to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management and strategic partners to support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, PDCA, or Corporate Strategic Management.
  • Familiar with Balanced Scorecard, OKR, SOP, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industries such as hospitality, property, or construction is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication, negotiation skills, and must be fluent in English.
