Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in documenting and organizing Customer Experience (CX) processes.
• Assist in analyzing and preparing documentation and knowledge base to support AI training needs.
• Support updating SOPs, guidelines, and other documents to reflect current operations.
• Identify outdated or incomplete documents and flag them for improvement.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal reference and training purposes.
• Organize and maintain documentation files for easy retrieval.
• Support the team in reducing documentation backlog.
Job Requirements:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information in a structured manner.
• Good written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
• Basic understanding of SOP, documentation, or knowledge management is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft and/or Google Workspace environment.
• Ability to work systematically, follow guidelines, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive in asking questions and clarifying ambiguous information.
