Job Description

Adecco Indonesia is currently representing a fast-growing technology-driven company in search of a Corporate Finance Principal Manager.

This role sits within the investment and strategic finance function, with a strong focus on financial analysis, fundraising support, and investor readiness. The position is highly hands-on and best suited for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes—building financial insights, models, and materials that directly support strategic decisions made by senior leadership.

We are looking for an individual who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly structured in thinking, enjoys working with data, and has direct exposure to fundraising or investment-related work in high-growth companies (preferably in technology/startups)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full fundraising process, including handling confidentiality agreements (NDA), organizing company information, and preparing structured materials for investor review (data room preparation)
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess business performance and valuation, including forecasting future revenue, costs, cash flow, and company value
  • Analyze financial and operational data such as revenue, profit, costs, and key business metrics to generate insights and recommendations for management
  • Prepare investor and leadership presentation materials, including board decks, fundraising pitch decks, and responses to investor questions or data requests
  • Maintain and regularly update investor data rooms, ensuring all financial and business information is accurate, complete, and ready for investor review (due diligence process)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to gather data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making processes
  • Provide structured analysis and recommendations that will be reviewed and executed by the CFO and business owners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Strong preference for candidates with direct startup experience, especially those who have been involved in fundraising processes (Series A, B, C or D)
  • Hands-on experience in fundraising activities, including preparing data rooms, supporting investor due diligence, and financial modeling is essential
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including valuation techniques such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario modeling
  • Good understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and key business drivers
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in preparing investment presentations and responding to investor due diligence questions is highly preferred
  • Experience in Big Four or advisory firms is a plus but not mandatory
