WAREHOUSE MANAGER – COLD STORAGE

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end cold storage warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, outbound shipping, and customer service coordination, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and service level targets are met.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs and operational reports, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, and cost control; drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS, TMS, OMS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, exception handling, and continuous system improvement in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
- Manage warehouse staffing and performance, including workforce planning, task allocation, training, performance evaluation, and team development to build a high-performing operations team.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and control, oversee cycle counts and audits, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with cold storage regulations, food safety standards (BPOM, HACCP, or equivalent), safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and operational compliance.
- Monitor and maintain cold chain integrity, including temperature control, equipment maintenance coordination, and cold storage SOPs to ensure product quality and compliance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience
- Cold storage or cold chain warehouse experience is required.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, or BPOM regulations is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Experienced with WMS or related warehouse systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
- Willing to be placed WFO in Karawang, West Java.
