ABOUT JOB:

This position will contribute to a major international Railway Infrastructure Project in Southeast Asia, involving the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary rail systems and civil works. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination across multiple stakeholders, adherence to global railway standards, and leadership in ensuring successful project outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead administration of EPC and multi-package contracts.
• Manage contract compliance, deliverables, and reporting.
• Prepare change orders, variations, extensions of time, and claims assessments.
• Maintain contract risk registers and support dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project directors on contractual matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in Law, Engineering, or Construction.
• 10+ years in contract management for mega infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with FIDIC contract administration.
• Proven capability in claims management and negotiation.
