We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Legal Manager to oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting business growth. This role is responsible for managing legal risks, handling corporate legal matters, and providing sound legal advice to internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and manage all corporate legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements to protect company interests
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
- Provide legal advice to management and internal stakeholders on business decisions and risk mitigation
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies are updated accordingly
- Support corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and business expansions
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend preventive measures
- Manage licensing, permits, and legal documentation required for business operations
- Lead and develop the legal team to ensure high performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to support business initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.); Master's degree (LL.M) is a plus
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate/legal practice
- Experience in handling commercial contracts and corporate legal matters
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment capability
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
