Content Creator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Content Creator (Beritajakarta). The Content Creator will develop and produce daily digital content across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to support public information delivery and audience engagement. This role is responsible for researching trends and audience insights, planning content through a structured content calendar, and executing end-to-end production from scripting/storyboarding, shooting, to basic editing. The Content Creator will also monitor content performance (views, shares, comments), engage with audiences to grow an organic community, and ensure content is consistent, neat, and aligned with organizational standards while working under tight timelines and engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Broadcasting, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or related fields.
• 23 years of experience creating digital content (personal brand, institution, or company).
• Proficient in editing tools (CapCut/VN or Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro) and understands basic photography/videography.
• Strong storytelling skills: able to turn complex information into light, clear, and engaging content.
• Quick to follow trends while staying structured and orderly in content administration.
• Able to work with production timelines and targets, with strong discipline and consistency.
• Portfolio link is required (video/graphic works).
