Hybrid (2 WFO, 3 WFH) Kemang, South Jakarta
At WIZ, we're looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes TikTok.
Someone who gets what hooks people in the first 3 seconds and can turn that instinct into content that sells without feeling like an ad.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the entire video ad process from concept, scripting, and UGC-style shooting to final editing.
- Collaborate closely with our Ads team to review ad performance (CTR, VTR, CPA) and turn data insights into smarter, better content ideas.
- Stay on top of trends, viral audios, and editing styles to keep our content fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain an organized video library (raws, assets, final cuts) for ongoing campaigns.
- Own your content from start to finish your ideas, your flow, your creation.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience creating short-form video content for social media ads or brand channels.
- A strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end short-form video ads (TikTok, Reels, etc.) we want to see your creative fingerprints.
- Proficiency in mobile-first editing tools (like CapCut). Bonus if you're comfortable being on-camera for UGC-style content.
- A storyteller's instinct you know how to deliver impact in 1560 seconds.
- Independent, communicative, open to feedback, and always on top of deadlines.
We're not just looking for editors we're looking for TikTokers who understand performance.
Creators who can turn trends into strategy, and creativity into conversion.
