Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Drive continuous improvement across department at production center
  • Provide strategic leadership & hands-on execution are essential
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives, coaching teams & managing performance through BMOS & Manex pillars

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Preferably 3-5 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM or Process Engineering
  • Practical knowledge in Lean Tools, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, VSM & Autonomous Maintenance
  • Familiar with BMOS & Manex 7 pillars
  • Familiar in RCA methods : 5 why, fishbon
  • Proficient in data visualization & digital tools
  • Having experience in operational areas
