Monitor and control production processes to ensure stability, efficiency, and product quality according to specifications.
Investigate process, equipment, and product quality issues.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and safe operations.
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
Collect, analyze, and report production performance data to management.
Coordinate with production, technical, and management teams in planning, execution, and evaluation of processes.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards, prepare safety documentation, and conduct risk audits.
Assist in selecting and testing raw materials to optimize cost and quality.
Read, understand, and interpret Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for process design, modification, or improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing or chemical industries.
Proficient in reading and interpreting PFDs and P&IDs.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control systems.
Skilled in problem analysis and process improvement methods.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental principles.
