Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Mining Officer, located in Indonesia. The Chief Mining Officer will oversee and lead the mining operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing mining strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to optimize operations. The Chief Mining Officer will also be responsible for mining exploration, planning, and development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mining operations and exploration
• Proficiency in developing and implementing mining strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Mining Engineering
• Previous experience in a senior management role in the mining industry is a plus
• Fluent in Indonesian & English, both spoken and written. Mandarin is preferred
• Able to lead and supervise multi-site mining operations.
• Minimum 1015 years of experience in the mining industry, with the last 5 years in senior management positions.
• Experienced in mine operation management (drilling, blasting, hauling, processing, reclamation).
